AMBROSIA Project Partners at Mycotoxin Forum 2025 in Salzburg

From April 7-9, 2025, our partners of the AMBROSIA Project Cranfield University, participated in the Mycotoxin Forum 2025, held in Salzburg, Austria. The forum brought together experts, researchers, and industry leaders from around the world to discuss the latest advancements and challenges related to mycotoxin management and food safety.



Cranfield University, as a key participant in the AMBROSIA Project, was prominently represented at the event. The project’s delegation actively engaged in the forum’s sessions, sharing insights on how climate change influences mycotoxin contamination in food products and presenting innovative strategies developed within the project.


The participation of Cranfield University at the Mycotoxin Forum 2025 underscored the project’s commitment to knowledge exchange and its role in advancing scientific understanding of mycotoxin management. The insights gained during the forum will further support the project’s mission to enhance food safety practices across Europe.
