The AMBROSIA project is pleased to welcome the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) as a new partner in the consortium, represented by Professor Fady Mohareb.

Professor Mohareb has already been actively involved in AMBROSIA through his previous affiliation with Cranfield University, contributing valuable scientific and technical expertise to the project. Following his transition to UTC, the university has now joined the AMBROSIA consortium, ensuring continuity in the project’s activities and maintaining the expertise already established within the partnership.

This transition marks an important step for AMBROSIA, as the project continues to advance its work at the intersection of climate change, food safety, food quality, and resilient agri-food systems. The participation of UTC will further support the consortium’s efforts to address complex challenges affecting food systems under changing environmental conditions, while strengthening the collaborative and interdisciplinary nature of the project.
As AMBROSIA reaches the midpoint of its project journey, the consortium remains committed to building strong partnerships, sharing knowledge, and developing research-based solutions that respond to emerging risks in food safety. The integration of UTC into the consortium reflects this commitment and ensures that ongoing work can continue smoothly and effectively.
The AMBROSIA consortium warmly welcomes UTC and looks forward to continuing its collaboration with Professor Fady Mohareb and his team in the next phase of the project.
