We’re happy to share that AMBROSIA’s first article on Wikifarmer is now live!

In “AMBROSIA: Rethinking food safety in a changing climate” (published 17 February 2026), we explore how climate change is reshaping food safety risks across the farm-to-fork chain, and how AMBROSIA project is working to support more proactive, climate-informed food safety approaches in Europe.

This collaboration with Wikifarmer allows AMBROSIA to reach a broad international audience of farmers, agronomists, researchers, and food system professionals. By translating scientific knowledge into accessible insights, we aim to strengthen awareness around emerging food safety risks linked to climate change.

Through knowledge exchange and open communication, AMBROSIA contributes to building more resilient and sustainable food systems across Europe and beyond.
