The AMBROSIA Project was a sponsor of the 13th International Conference on Predictive Modelling in Food (ICPMF), which took place from 1–3 September 2025 in Athens, Greece.

This key event brought together leading experts in #food_safety, #predictive_modelling, and the impacts of #climate_change on the #food_chain.
