AMBROSIA @ 1st Conference Food Georama

🌿 16-17 of May 2025, AgriFood2025 and Georama, brought together leading voices from the agri-food sector to explore how we can build more sustainable, resilient, and innovative food systems - and the AMBROSIA project was proudly represented!

Partners from ΕΛΓΟ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ ELGO DΙΜITRA DIMITRA, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), Agricultural University of Athens AUA OFC (AUA), Cranfield University, and Maastricht University presented key insights and results from our ongoing work on food safety in the context of climate change.

From mycotoxins to emerging pathogens, AMBROSIA is co-designing science-based tools and solutions to safeguard the food chain under increasing environmental stress.
