As a proud technical partner in the AMBROSIA project, the Agricultural University of Athens (AUA) brings deep expertise in agricultural innovation, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation in food systems. With a strong background in Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems (AKIS) and a vast network in both agronomy and digital agriculture, AUA plays a central role in shaping the participatory design process of the AMBROSIA Platform.

Leading Work Package 5, AUA is responsible for coordinating stakeholder engagement activities across our Demonstrator Regions and Industrial Stakeholder Groups. Through a structured and participatory approach—based on co-creation workshops, interviews, and focus groups—AUA ensures that local needs and real-world challenges guide the development of our tools and policy recommendations.

🔍 From stakeholder mapping and tailored outreach to the creation of robust Execution Plans with measurable indicators, AUA’s contribution is instrumental in aligning regional priorities with the broader ambitions of the AMBROSIA project.

🎬 Watch our short video below to learn more about AUA’s role, methods, and dedicated team members working to bring innovation from the ground up.
