AMBROSIA project kick-off meeting in Maastricht

AMBROSIA project kick-off meeting took place in Maastricht, Netherlands, on November 28th & 29th. During this session partners presented their work packages, through innovative strategies and collaborative solutions. This Horizon Europe project aims to transform the European approach to food safety in view of the impacts of climate change. Using digital technologies such as AI, AMBROSIA enables an holistic systemic approach to food safety risk assessment across the supply chain. AMBROSIA project will use a multi-actor strategy to increase awareness and offer tactical guidance on adaptation and mitigation measures.
