Our partner ΕΛΓΟ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ ELGO DΙΜITRA recently participated in an online seminar for farmers organized by the EU project My Farm - Multifunctionality Farming, on the 15th of October 2025.
During the event, we delivered a presentation titled “Digital Tools and Microbial Applications for Safe and Sustainable Food in the Age of Climate Change”, showcasing the AMBROSIA platform - a comprehensive system designed to support all food chain operators with tools to anticipate and adapt to climate-related food safety risks.
Together, we’re working towards a more resilient, safe, and sustainable food system for the future. 🌾💡
