AMBROSIA @ Agricultural University of Athens

🌍 On World Environment Day, 05/06/2025, we had the opportunity to present the AMBROSIA project at a one-day event hosted by the Agricultural University of Athens AUA OFC.

AMBROSIA is a Horizon Europe project focused on assessing the impact of climate change on food safety, with a special emphasis on mycotoxins and other contaminants. By integrating research across disciplines, AMBROSIA aims to develop tools and strategies that ensure safer, more resilient food systems in a changing climate.
